Please review the Do’s and Don’ts prior to scheduling your treatment as the appropriate timing to book is crucial to ensure you haven’t been exposed to the sun and are not planning to be exposed afterward.
Please complete the digital document sent to you via text or email before your appointment. This will allow time for your provider to review to see how she can address your concerns.
Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that your esthetician may have the opportunity to reschedule another client. Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours before your appointment) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
Clients who fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled services(s).
A card on file is necessary to book your first treatment. You will not be charged unless there is a cancellation within 24 hrs of booking or a no-show.
Life can happen. However, please know that if you arrive 20 minutes or later please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a fee of 50% if there is not enough time.
No, we ask that you not bring anyone who is not also receiving treatment (with the exception that the client is a minor)
Acne Bootcamp is a 12-week program that is effective for all types of acne. This consists of biweekly treatments and a new home skin care regimen.
In-clinic patients will come in every 2 weeks for an acne treatment and home care regimen. An initial consultation will take place then please be prepared to spend a minimum of $400 at your initial appointment for your full homecare and 1st treatment. These products will last you the full duration of the program and even after.
